You belive or not, Lineage 2 is not dead and i'm talking about high five version. 

 

This, especially servers like Dex shows it's nowhere close to dying.

 

Lineage Eternal, whose beta is coming out at the end of this year, might help MXC as well.

 

To fully revive MXC, some new server base must be made, including (e.g.!) Lineage, CS:GO, Minecraft (?) and some other popular game servers.

When Ncsfot anounced about free to all play, by then l2 private servers were dead.

When I say L2 private servers are dead, I mean that it is  no interest anymore to create something of your own, neither to cheat or anything else.

Yes, the forum was created around l2 section but it is not dead. Still, Maxcheaters.com has many things to offer.

It needs just an active team, an organization to clean the whole forum from dead links/errors.
