In this case, he should promote only active people. Fuck maturity and such, you need people posting all over boards.

Except for 2-3 global moderators that should have the maturity criterion.

i care little who the next staffies will be as i have retired already and i post in rare occassions in things im interested only :D . But from the 20 names i ve seen as suggestions i judged Universe is the good one
