Help L2 Boxes Stacking

So there's this thing that i cannot seem to find in the system file

everything is in picture,

 

 

The one in the red box i want

The one in the green box i do not

(i have had to use multiple servers to demonstrate what i mean in the picture)

It is something in the system file that changes this feature (the system file happens to be for a l2j server)

i tried it, but it doesnt fix what i want it to, like i asked, there is a option in the system file i want to change not in my windows

taskbar -> rightclick -> properties -> Taskbar Buttons combobox set to Combine when taskbar is full
