where did you found that template?

Don't buy from him without checking who he is and what he sells.

 

Because he shows you only the html(he says that every of his templates has php cms, however, when asked he doesn't show the live version with php cms).

 

Also his prices are huge:

Another strange thing is that he sells rpg-game.ru(currently web not working), and lineage.mn templates as his own.

 

I don't want to ruin your "business" or something like that, but it's rude to resell other projects property, even if you are the designer. Also you need to show your live systems with php, not expect that we would believe that you're a designer who came from nowhere.

 

However, this is only my opinion, feel free to think differently.
