Interesting idea but, way ahead of its time. EEG is still in very early research. Admirable results but still not state-of-the-art practical. Here's one company that produces such headsets if you want to research it more.  http://www.emotiv.com/eeg/setup.php

 

As for the 18 year old noobs in the forum, its not 95%, it's 99%. But there's that other 0.01% who are badass developers.
