 No english and greek are enough.

 

However there might be international boards for general discussions, each one with his moderator or something like this.

for l2 useless, only Greeks complain about this because the can't understand properly english.

instead, such board for spanish/portuguese ppl might be a big things.

 

regarding international board you could do them in offtopic/spam because newbie can get confused with the tags since this is a practice only in mxc

Since English is the International language, only english should be allowed. The l2 community is smaller than it used to be.
