Yes this does work. My friend has been doing it forever. Archers have CRAZY attack speed with Counter Rapid Shot.

yes i found this think on a server the active was in passive and i was trying to figure out a way to fix this... thunks now i have my answer

haha i play on a server here that has it on passives...

and i did it on active and all dudes say "omg how do u have that much atk spd???" haha ty dude!!!

So you mean that you have it as passive but also activate it? How can this be possible in client based side? I mean you put it in macro and then click it? Hell no. I am sorry but where would something like this work? you own private server or something?
