i have a question what if i want to create a .bat that decrypts and not encrypts what would be the command? and one more is the encdec works only for .utx files or for others too ?

Well, about the first one there is a shared tool for that so you don't need any .bat file.

 

About the second, as i know encdec can decrypt other files too.
