iPhone 4 for 200 euro as you said it's really nice. But S4 mini as the others said is really awesome :D

Well there ase some differences.

iPhone: The phone which cannot stuck by anything. You pay for this.

Galaxy S3 : Ok nice phone but for how long? I mean my brother has the iPhone 3Gs for 4 years now full of apps and no problem.

I own the S3, and would stick to android over iOS but next phone will be probably Google Nexus 4 it is great. And for that budget of it not sure if you can better deal.
