So I have a pretty big problem.

some days I struggle and fail to find out the IP address can connect to other players on the server.

look below a prince.

If I write the ip [192.168.1.25] I connect just me on the server.

Go there and see what's your IP address: http://www.whatismyipaddress.com

 

But I would suggest getting a static hostname using services like NoIP (http://www.noip.com) because your IP address changes each time your router is restarted, unless it's static.

That address is your local ip address which is for lan and only. You have to do what MikeJ said. go to a website like whatismyipaddress.com and find out and edit the l2.ini with that address and send it to someone. Make sure you have ports opened first.

I did and no-ip account and still does not work!

If you want others to connect to your server, you should put your external IP address at ExternalHostname, not the internal one.
