I found it on PostPacific, and it's not my work. It's Bloodbane's work, I just made it work for CT1.5

[DESCRIPTION]

The function is the same of L2FileEdit, encrypt and decrypt L2 files. The big difference is, this program separates the fields in tables.

 

[HOW TO MAKE IT WORK FOR CT1.5]

1. Open the program.

2. Click Main -> Options..

3. Change Client Version to: CT3 and Encoding to 413 or the encryption method of the file you want to decrypt.

PS: For other clients use normal options.
