-7 (4%) retain it for crimes committed in exceptional circumstances (such as in time of war).

-49 (25%) permit its use for ordinary crimes, but have not used it for at least 10 years and are believed to have a policy or established -practice of not carrying out executions, or it is under a moratorium.

-39 (20%) maintain the death penalty in both law and practice. These countries make up approximately 66% of the world's population in -2012

Only for very serious crimes.. That should be a way for some to stop doing all these bad things...With that they will be afraid of dying and not of being raped ;D xaxax

Thats what im thinking ;PP Maybe they would think twice before they do something really bad...(serious crimes for me are like killing children)

You can commit a crime under drugs, alcohol, mind control.

 

 

People shouldn't decide if some other living being ( human in this case ) should be dead for his actions.
