For your first one:

 

1) Your oversharpened in this case if you want to fix it a bit go New Layer > Image > Apply Image > Filter > Blur > Decrease the opacity in 85-90%.

2) Bad placement of text on the left also and the color it doesn't fit. You can easily make again New Layer > Image > Apply Image > and the applied image right click create clipping mask to the text.

3) Bad Stroke again avoid the stroke.

In overall, not good. But keep practicing.

 

Second one:

 

Same with the first wrong stroke, wrong placement of text and unblended.

Dude you have to be more focused in this I know its not easy.
