ms = Low damage , good attack speed and speed , balanced hp/cp

He = Balanced(hp/cp , p.attack/a.speed )

He is best because he still has a change after u stop him because of the balanced Hp not like other archers. This one is more verstatile

i say HE becose i tested some things and PR has more DEX then HE and the PR's atk speed is lowers then HE's and HE has only 30 DEX.... weigh limit of HE is very nice SNIPE as well so i say HE FTW

THERE IS NO 'BEST'!

 

It all comes down to playstyle and what YOU like.

PR: slow but hits hard

SR: fast but cant make a scratch on you

HE: balanced between the two
