Can we have some info about the hours that the tour will be held?

Some ppl could be working too.

Sounds good,ill maybe join in with my team.Can you provide us the Hours that the event will be held?It would've been better if you ran it at Saturday's and Sunday's evenings so almost everybody can attend.Run a poll about it and let people vote which hours benefit them.My team is fine with S/S evenings'.
