Well hightest win ratio can be a champ with even 1/0 games -.- .. Sivir , sona , signed , mao , shen , all pretty much the same .

Ez, Janna, Nunu. Ez simply for his mobility & sustain. Janna and nunu have tons of CC for teamfights so late game it's more likely to win  :gtfo:
