[Help]How to find out cordinates

hello to all people ...maybe this question is very easy for some of you so forgive me ..i need to know how i can see the cordinates when i am siting with my adminchar in one location in form like 139714-177456-1536 so i can use them to create spawnlist for some custom raids...ty in advance
