You showed Custom Interface window, What it does is sends custom packet to server with a selected Id. AbnormalVisualEffectData.dat or how it's called in client - there are ids with custom markings like in the picture above. Upon that, they apply that custom abnormal visual effect for that player in the party, that only party members could see it. And then it's removed when player leaves party etc or other cases... -

I found that is something with this, they change this effect.. doest anyone know any idea how to change this? or access to this so i can change for example? thanks -
