I am  creating a server  spawns rbs shops and  everything is ready...but i cant create clans i go to npc i press clan and says i dont have the quest meat with criteria ....

and when i create a clan from admin menou after rr the clan disappear...

What project do you use? Possible project's problems if you don't use L2JFrozen/ L2JServer or any known project.

You can bump every 24 hours.

 

Near no one uses that pack, so near no one will be able to answer you. See directly with the pack's owner, and if he doesn't want to say to you, than you have to correct yourself.

 

Verify your scripts folders to see you got all scripts.
