hello guys i need someone that can build from 0  a server for me!

with his own pack OR l2jfrozen-l2jacis! i want him to

 

1. setup the server ( with compile from start! not pre-compiled! with source etc. )

2. add the npc's i want! and how i want them

( i have a deticated machine  he can do the stuff via teamviewer from my pc to the Deticated)

thats all! i pay with PAYSAFECARD only  and i pay 20Euro PM ME
