Nop, he can't and none will write how to do it.

 

I can only say in short:

 

The configs = configs.prop

2 & 3rd code = Config.java

Hopzone & Topzone = net.sf.l2j.gameserver.model.entity;

Gameserver = net.sf.l2j Gameserver.java

 

Nothing more, nothing less. You got all info. If you ask 'how or where to paste it".. well it's wront topic. First learn some guides or figure it out by yourself.
