We have already the Off-topics section. Also there are GFX and monetization sections. We have spam topics but we all jerking off there, if you want to make other general sections like for example, sports etc you should make them with post count to avoid spam, flames, trolling and mods will can actually do smth in these sections and not like spam section, where actually they don't really care.
