He Make It 100 Times.

He Just Installed Windows XP And after Download LoL. (from all possible Links) he get the following error...

Install framework will fix it 99%...

Actually as i remember you can't run lol on w xp but you can do it via downloading some extras.. don't know those extras tho..

My net cafe runs Windows XP and LoL works fine. Don't think it has any extra shit.
