cuz this team has been starting this server many times i'm not sure if on the same name all the time but i seen my self 6 time fail on start (server never start up) cuz of small cunter of players

i am already in university...but i am on vacations right now since 1 week and i will be for 1 more and i was looking for one server to have some fun!

about mine server,i dont have skills right now and money,and i dont want to add to L2 scene 1 more fail server xD

my friend find that on russian forum ... probobly they are doing server for EU (this is what he was reading about ) after they will get around few k answers in their polls they will make server for it (now is like 2 k answer all ready ) so maybe soon we will see a normal server :D
