If i got it, this happens if anti pk paralises you or something right? If so, check what EnterWorld contains about this message and give the code related to this that is in there...

You could also try adding in EnterWorld these lines:

activeChar.setIsParalized(false);

activeChar.stopAbnormalEffect(0x0400);
