Well, I Saw K4rma's Post With The San Andreas Mod Guide And I Got Jealous !! :P

 

So, Im Here To Help You Mod Your GTA Vice City Game.

 

Let's Start.

 

 

1st) Of All U Need To Buy / Download The GTA Vice City Game, For Computer. ( I Cant Give Any Links To Download The Game Cause Warez Is Not Allowed..)

 

2nd) Install The GTA Vice City To Your Computer.

 

3rd) Download GTA Mod Installer From Here: http://rapidshare.com/files/107780820/GTA_Mod_Installer_v5.0.zip.html

 

4th) We Extract It, And We Are Ready To Use It. (Dont Worry That It Has The Icon Of One Setup, Just Click On It.. Its Not .msi It .exe )

 

5th) We Start Modding..! ( Follow The Pics STEP BY STEP)
