[Guide]Server Auto-Backups

Because of the lot of problems a server might have any day and appears from nothing, you have to keep backups of the server time to time.

But you can't be 24/7 online to make sure everything run's normaly on the server or log every hour to make a backup.

This can be done with navicat easily with these simple steps :

 

 

 

1. You must set a user password on windows..

 

2. Open navicat and select the database that you want to make backup

 

3. Click on schedule

 

4. New batch job

 

5. Select backup l2jdb, drag and drop to selected jobs

 

6. Saves as l2jdb diary backup

 

7. Click on set task schedule

 

8. A new window will popup

 

9. Configue it

 

10. Voila!
