U need to change the "letter" of this window?

Look here :

* First step : Open L2FileEdit and press open and decrypt :

* Second step : Find LineageII/system/eula-e :

* Third step : select eula-e and open it :

* Fourth step : you just write what u want to see in the Window that u saw in the first photo
