i will write rules, maybe tomorrow, but for start , i will say that this area will be available for people who have at least 200posts+respect of mods+2 votes from other priviledged ppl.

I voted yes but I think you should make one forum for exploit only and one for bots (walker, ...) only. Both should stay clean with only "release" and all questions in the help forum.
