Actually, any champion that has a built-in damage boost can play as an off-tank. (Noc, Master Yi, Gangplank etc)

btw off-tank Nocturne is the best option.

 

He can initiate with his ulti and cause lots of panic to the enemy team.

 

With premades it can work like Mirana's ulti from dota if you know what I'm talking about :P

at normal games, all are playing full dps, never seen an off tank noct.

a DPS noc cant have divine sword and emblem of valor and a shield.you end up damageless

 

you need a banshees for HP and MP ,berz greaves,infinity,bloodthirster or latterns if you jungle a yommuu ghostblade and a mallet

Noone plays melees if they can't be built as off-tanks in serious games. (Melee APs like Akali, Kass, Gragas etc are excepted) That's one of the reasons Shaco sucks at 5v5 atm.

shaco needs a buff but still i can kill the supports and the carry of enemy team in teamfights VERY EASY and get more than 15 kills every match! though he received a minor buff last patch which allows clones to carry items and buffs .AP shaco is NONplayable.and  shaco is hard to play vs AoE perma stunners (Brand,Annie,Anivia)

i did a 16+ kills with ap shaco xD highest kill in game :p and low deaths since i was escaping ^^

Full attack speed for what???? Noc needs attack speed dude. Try it dude. Take that items and hopefully you wll get a lot of kills. I've tried everything. That combination of items is really good but too aggressive. Noc needs attack speed!

u remind me dps warwick,its the same thing.you go in with your ult (darkness for noct,supress for ww) and cause u have ONLY damage and you are close range fighter you are insta dead.

 

What is more,ever tried to build noct with lattern (jungle OF COURSE),mallet,atmas,ghostblade and situational items?its not about the kills,its about the tanking,remember it.

If u attack your enemies just with your ulti that's why you die :) remember you have a skill that fears your enemie :) remember you have a skill tha shields you from the next enemie's abillity. You dont need armor! If you have these items your enemey wont do nothing but die.
