If you know a bit of stats you can work out that at an 66% rate you can work out (2/3)^13 i.e. 1 out of 221 weapons will reach +16.

enchanting is all about luck...you have enchant 1 weapon at a time and get 10 +16 or buy 500 and get none.

Every lineage2 player has their own method of enchanting and everyone has the same chance.

Enchant is a probability calculated in the moment about the weapon u're enchanting...
