im here long enough even more that most of the staffers and i can tell you that noble did the best moderating job in this forum and i dont actually belive anyone can get to his level.

He banned everyone even staff members he didnt care for friends and crap but he always had a good reason.

I was banned by him as well but never asked the reason he was just doing his job its really what you guys should start doing.Stop pretending to be the awesome guys of the forum that actually got promoted and now have the power to ban/lock and so on stop fighting over your moderating actions most of you dont even deserve having them with this arrogant behavior.

Have you actually ever thought why did mxc started going down and down to this level ?

As vazelos said back then at the mxc for 2008-2010 we were actually sharing and helping in this forum but now? why should we even bother helping a forum thats going to die from its own core?

If you actually cared for this forum most of you would already be demoted by selfrequest since all your doing is bad to this forum?

By banning the active people of the forum you aint winning your lossing and dont come up with theyr flaming/trolling part or not respecting us why should we let them be.

The actual question is what have you done for us to respect you and what are you willing to do to make this forum worth of sharing and not for just being a fun place for us to chat and troll people till we get banned.

lets begin. i had made 3 years ago a special topic(dunno if still sticky) "The Moderators Bible".i remember it describes what mods and staff has to do to be formal and good staffie.search for it..i see that reasons about mixmaster,pineapple are joke bans. every1 sees that, but staff thinks that their reasons are the same like leeching.about dejavu and similar cases i told you what you can do in previous reply in THIS topic.check it.

 

BAN should be the last action. you cant put in jail someone because he was running with 60km/h where the limit is 50km/h.think before act

Well,i was thinking about this sh?ts that happened and i have a conclusion.

i used to think in deeep about problems.

 

If the forum was great,more organized(i mean with the already suggestions that we made) and if maxtor was more active,we wouldn't bother ourselves with these sh?ts.Even the trolling shouldn't be too much.

 

So we have to keep pushing maxtor for our suggestions + to find new suggestions to improve the forum and i believe,many bad things will disappear.

 

And we both know that members that got banned,they didn't ban for no reason.

nop but all mods have to.thats why someone is hired.if we see it from the evil side,most of staff 1 year now gets in position from their "roufianic"(couldnt remember the word i wanted) intentions-actions. i mean that all staff became colored cuz he was reporting other ppl for wrong section topics,flames,abuses,spamming,trolling etc in report section.i highly doubt there are mods who became mods from shares.checking from that side i see no problem warning users at all
