i got an acc 16 lvl with some rp but i cant gift

i know that you must be 20 lvl to gift but it dont say something like this on mystery gift

Games in  Gold > DIamond-Plat

 

Every game that i play since plat I its full of flamers. Best example is the game that i lost with support annie 0-1-13 ( at 11 mins ) while my adc had 8 kills and junlger 5. Reason? Mid laner started to go solo and suicide cuz adc did a crit and got his blue

Gold is the worst division of all. I used to say that even when I was Gold myself.

 

More flame and surrender votes spam than any division, since most people there think they're good while they're not.

 

Played some games on EUW high gold/low plat yesterday and remembered how that tier is. People kept doing the same mistakes and when I tried to help them by pinging they were like "Stfu man, I know better. That's how I carried myself out of Silver. I deserve LCS". 

 

Plats and Diamonds usually understand their mistakes and actually use phrases like "sorry", "my bad" or remain silent. 

 

 

Bronze -> I can do better

Silver -> I can do even better

Gold -> I'm the best!!!

Platinum -> I'm trash 

Diamond -> Less trash than before

 

^ That's the attitude of most people of their respecting tier.
