Riven is usually built more squishy than a common bruiser, so Heal can help you survive in close range. Flash is not 100 % needed, because she can escape pretty easily most times.

 

Teleport is not used that often anymore, since people learnt when is the right time to help your team with objectives as a top laner and can be there at the perfect moment.
