this site can show max 2500 and he say that he got 2.6

That site cannot calculate your elo.

 

Riot has said that the way elo is calculated in normals is not the same as it is in ranked and that this site is very inaccurate.

 

Anyway, according to that site I have 1993 elo. My year of birth :o
