The only bad thing is that there is 3 mins delay when you spec...It should be 1-2 not 3 :p....Anyway it still interesting ;)

3 is still NOT good enough because a ghoster can still provide information about the exact repsawn time of buffs, drake and baron,  or wards expiration. If they wanted some strict protection against ghosting then spectating delay would have been equal or longer than the respawn delay of Baron, which is 7 minutes.
