MacPro is really expensive. Get an iMac/MBP and you'll be fine.

Custom pc is better imo , choose every part wisely depending on your pocket plus you can edit it anytime. A good site for that stuff is http://originpc.com

 

It's for gaming but your needs are similiar to gaming. If you know that you need , if you have knowledge you can create a custom pc in about 10mins , ain't hard to pick the correct parts ;p

 

Btw since you want that graphic design stuff cards like Nvidia Quadro/AMD Firepro are made for that job as far as i know

When i make video calls my voice is cut ...

I make voice call : No Problem

I make video call (w/o voice) : No problem

I make video call with voice : Problem = I see the partner he see me i hear him but he hears my voice cut.(GR = με διακοπες)
