It's very easy to understand what it does!You let your char there and you wait until some1 kills the boss.When the boss dies your char automatically goes to the chest and taking the quest item.

 

It has pictures for u,to understand how it works!Go check them!!

turn all mobs off except baium and enable fighting

already tested not work but to  enter baium its work fine
