I don't know about L3 , but Tera's NA site opened today or so. Looks decent game but it seems i'll stick with aion.

NCSOFT is so rich that they wont stop l3 project dont worry guys, be patient. From other side, I dont wanna be 26 years old when it will be released, I want it in next year in my studies time:D

all these games wow , aion , tera is copy from lineage because is the first game like this and its aweasome so its worth to wait lineage 3 and i hope to be much better than l2

LINEAGE 3

NCsoft representative Kim said, “It is true, I was shocked when we had to stop the development of Lineage 3 in May; However, we are going to start all over on January, 2008. We are going to put all of our online gaming technology we’ve earned through the past ten years into this project.” He then stated, they will NOT be using the Unreal 3 Engine, but creating their own.

 

The Lineage 3 Project will begin next year January 1st, and will be announced to the public in 2011.
