Try to search a bit at [share] Lineage II Client Mods.

Uhhh, there is clear error description. What else do you need, lol.

 

Simply use 'check files' option using lineage2.exe

 

Also its quite obvious whats the issuse. Interlude client with some shity client mod - your fault, simply remove it.

 

And stay with default client GUI.
