I don't know a shit about PS,but these dots (or w/e,i don't know how the heck this is called) is not nice in a signature

 

For example:

 

They give you a car that sucks

And you point and complain that it's bad

Are they gonna challenge you make a better car?

Finito,depends on the way that you complain about it,you can express your opinion in more polite way,than saying everything sucks.

try to find a flow on the render and add the effects only on the flow. also try not to pattern all the signature. i recommend you to not use text at your signatures until you will be improved cause texts can ruin even a masterpiece or make something "bad" into one

 

and dont use borders! xD seems bad :P
