@sig is kinda to simple, i like the idea cuz u try to do smth similar to nc soft , but as u can see they added smth more than ur stage.

When i get some time for Ps, i will go try again for another one..

For signature you usually need:

1. Render/Stock

2. Background

3. Text

 

Additionally:

4. Border

 

If you have all that, time to combine render with background, make some effects, create feeling of depth and add text.

 

You have:

Cut wallpaper + Text

 

Now, think what is mssing on you "signature" ?
