Sigil increases your m.atk (dynasty sigil also increases dark resist) and its good both for pvp and pve. On the other hand , shield could be useful against archers but even in a sutiation vs archer i prefer sigil. Sigil was created for mages!

I dont say that i dont agree with that , im just saying that L2 isnt stable anymore , updating all the time , new areas , mobs , quests , gears , etc which is good , but let the players learn the new client , wait untill it gets old then update and add something new.Atm we are getting attacked by updates.

Freya update looks interesting except from a few things (green dynasty?). And they keep making armors and weapons , S > S80 > S84 > S90 (coming soon thats for sure) Im starting to believe that in a few years , if they keep updating it like this , L2 will need a hard disk over 20gb for itself.
