I think smokeboy is talking about revive/tp on karthus,ignite and barrier are both useless on karthus* and if you are not up against an assassin you should definately get revive/tp,it gives you a second chance in a maybe lost teamfight,now if you're up against assassins like katarina or akali i would get flash exhaust. Also revive/tp is useless on any champion other than karthus.

It didn't really need a breakdown,for example i don't think faker cared about the 5 points he got in ad from his masteries,everything proffesional players do relies on muscle memory.

What can i do when i'm playing against nasus?I mean i did everything that could possibly be done.We had a really good trynda top so i decided to camp mid and bot,i gave both carries 3 kills then i focused on top where i gave 2 to trynda,later in the game tho nasus had 500+ stacks on his Q and was tanky as fk,seriously i have no idea.What can i do against him?
