    It's true that Ryze players in that elo can't counter Fizz but a standard ap rune page(AP Quints,mPen reds,Armor yellows,Mr blues) is just fine for a mediocre Ryze.

    High five or Freya,high populated*,75%+ enchant rates. *200+ People online. No Spanish or Latin American servers. I want it to have some farm(I like farming). Don't bother posting low populated servers,thanks.

    This kind of stuff are always on pbe and they never make it to the live client,just some boosts so you can own all the champions and runes.
