    There are few reasons everything you need is described in aCis forum, announcements section the mail to who you send, "slimx" who is that, for sure not Tk you are annoying and you didn't read topic about 'how to..' So, if you want to be a customer, respect ppl (time) and read godamn topic where everything is described. If you can't use paypal, you should ask him about alternative ways.

    Ppl use frozen only bcs it has custom codes already inside. Show me serious server using frozen, yeah there are such servers, and ask them why they choose frozen back then. The answer will be simple. More customs, so you have more things to offer to players. This is similar to buying a car. You choose a model with air conditioning (AC) or without? The answer is simple. I will not even mention all those 1 day (homemade) servers by wannabe admins :P
