I can suggest you to give to scammers like a 'Scammer" reward on his profile so after he scammed once he will not able to scam again because not one will trust him, and also you can have a list with scammers or a group with scammer or to give -3rep . there are many ways to inform the forums members who is scammer and who it isn't . and also for the trusted members in sales and trades you could give me a "Trusted' reward or something else.

L2 Auto SMS Donation System I have finished this project before some months but now i decide to make a public sales topic because i made a basic product manager system so i can avoid my projects to get leaked , shared , used and resseled without my permision. Its a Lineage 2 Auto SMS Donation System,which means that the players will be able to donate in your server via sms and they will get auto their donates.
