Squad skills are like any other clan skill, except the Squad skills only apply to ONE unit, whether that be the main clan, or a knight unit, etc. This makes them very expensive to get for the entire clan, especially if you have reached lvl 10 and have several knight units
The higher your clan level, the higher you can level the squad skills. As passives, they affect everyone in the unit, and although each one adds a small amount of bonus, like everything in L2, they add up.
