  1. ctrl+shift+O on L2PcInstance. No need to ty.
  2. I don't want to speak for others, but eventually L2DC team would be interested. Take it with 10% accuracy. About creating a new emulator, coming from 0... It's totally different than correcting L2J. About Tera, and that's normal coming from russians, there is already a project (framework, better said), named TeraEmu. Dunno if it was official or not, but check that topic http://forums.infiniteaion.com/index.php?/topic/17271-teraemu/ As you can see, there is numerous known names. And so far on B&S, no info about emulator.
  3. If you want to show a new variable in char window, I repeat, you need client edit. Another mean is to use one of the existing value and replace it, but you can change only values, not categories titles. About client edit, I strictly got no clue what you need, and that's not the good section to ask for it. Go on client section. About values themselves, you have to edit CharInfo packet.
  4. L2Mafia ACM is probably using ACM made by Daedalus, french IRL friend. http://www.l2jserver.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=94&t=10729 Example http://heliosdaedalus.free.fr/act/
  5. Tons of details.
  6. You simply can't without editing client.
  7. Nope you're right, there is only ppl who ask, and when they got answers, they ask another thing or eventually you will never see them back. There's no real L2J community around, mainly because there is only few L2J "veterans" left. L2J is under extinction, no matter the chronicle, that's nothing new (agony begun around 2009, and going faster with the fact L2 is now free). Pidgin is more clean than windows live but got less features (got problem with sending images and files). It does basically the same, so...
  8. Locked, we're not your server developers.
  9. 5 lines of codes and it's not even optimized. You can use the existing for loop...
  10. Yup, I use Windows Live. The problem of IRC, it is kinda "geeky" but allow multiple ppls on a same channel (any randomers can connect). Problem of Windows Live it is individual chat, but it is popular and recognize main protocols. Windows should integrate a system of "rooms", anyone could create and see the list and enter on it if allowed (time to make money ?). Windows Live is itself a multiclient messenger, in the term it recognizes multiple protocols (yahoo, msn, AIM, blabla)

  12. Community server config, and if community server has been refactored and such config doesn't exist anymore you can only cry and adapt previous crappy code.
  13. getEffect( on the L2Skill you want (in that case, noblesse skill) when you push Revive button.
  14. public boolean useItem(L2Playable playable, L2ItemInstance item, boolean forceUse) { Using playable should work directly (without any new variable), but as you said you should first verify if playable instanceof L2PcInstance, cause a L2Playable can be a L2Summon aswell.
  15. Generally you debug because you got a bug, not for fun :P. But good for you if you're in the second list.
  16. You can, playing with knownlists.
  17. If you're in SelectorThread, basically you already "passed" your error. Error can be only (in almost every case) between the method called which leaded to the error and SelectorThread. Eventually send your error log for further help. About MMOCore project itself : http://trac.l2jserver.com/browser/trunk/MMOCore
  18. Even me who near never played postIL chronicles I know that.
  19. Be sure the user on mySQL got a password.
  20. I tried it for like an hour without checking notice, I had 4 errors in final but .jar was still broken. Well here is a how to for the GUI : - compile your project - in ProGuard, put input/output jars (input is the jar you want to obfuscate and the list of required jar that jar is using in order to normally compile... It includes some JAVA common jars too ! Output is the resulting jar, so rename it comparing to l2jserver.jar - you press the button and voilà. You can also generate a table with all links before/after. Personally I compiled it all good, except 4 errors (all about templates)
  21. Grandbosses are supposed to be spawned only once because they're all affected by a script (and sometimes a zone and enironnement), if you check Queen Ant on any other pack (latest L2J included so far) if you spawn it twice you will get a NPE for example. Latest I will probably include a check as RaidBoss (if already spawned/alive, can't spawn). About your skills issue, the fact they're in DB looks normal, and the fact they aren't loaded is normal too in case of duplicate entries in DB. Now how to explain you got duplicate entries ? It can be : - your custom skills which use an existing skillId and is registered like that on DB. I invite you to check the "movement" of SQL entries and what is exactly stored. - the "give_skill" which doesn't clean correctly previous skill, or perhaps you tried to added twice the same skill and there isn't check to see if it is already existing, and so it adds a clone. There are many possibilities.
  22. If you got some experiences, try to improve your post. No one will join a randomer based on simple "will". Added to that (and I can speak about it as I'm working since 1 year on my own pack...) completing a pack is very long, and you should - really - take the time to think about it. If you got no time to develop in 2 months, then don't even bother to begin something, and in same time don't waste the time of eventual interested ppl.
  23. It matters cause (if you don't know) I'm the project owner, and if you got sources (I don't speak of precompiled) it means some things : - old revision (rev 174 was the last free) : outdated => no support. - you bought, found, or decompile pack to make your server => versus the system I create => no support. Finally if you got only precompiled, don't base your server project on it. A precompiled is used to report issues and test. But ty for the good words, I appreciate it.
  24. petId, which is normally the npc id objectId, an id unique to each object created in server
