Have no screens, but one of my best moments in l2 is when I got +16bow from pk on l2x and after 5 minutes of celebrating FBI closed server. =/ -
Funny. I have cool car, awsome gf, many friends, very good job where I get a lot of money. And the fact of spendin some of my own money on l2 makes me failure? That's was an example, I don't have cool car. =/

Would you play on a C4 low rate server?

c4 can be good for some 30-100x server. But about low rate I'd surely say No coz it's BORING. If u're plannin to start low rate than make it gracia final/epi and I bet many of ppl would join it. -

IMO 45% for mages will be enough. And..lol.. If u add new zone u have to delete one of old for sure. There's ~50ppl playin(dunno how many exactly, bt that's what i've seen) and u alrdy got 3 zones, so there defenetly will be less pvps

After 1.5-3 months of runnin server u'll have to chose sell enchants or close server..
